Nestled in the heart of the Luberon, the magnificent La Cavalière property offers an exceptional Provençal escape just five minutes from the famous village of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. This recently renovated estate is set on three sprawling hectares, part of which is occupied by horses, creating a truly unique rural atmosphere.
The ground floor is dedicated to communal living and professional-grade utility. The fully equipped, large kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring an American-style fridge-freezer with ice and water dispenser, a combination oven, a traditional steam oven, induction and gas hobs, and a dedicated wine cellar. This space opens onto a light-filled dining room with a farmhouse table, perfect for sharing meals. The adjacent spacious living room boasts cathedral ceilings and another antique fireplace, leading to a French billiards room for evening entertainment. Upstairs, a large landing offers a dedicated desk/workspace, and a mezzanine provides a reading library, piano, and children's play area.
La Cavalière offers three luxurious main suites upstairs, all providing memory foam beds, private bathrooms with tubs and walk-in showers, and multimedia entertainment including flat-screen TVs and Sonos sound systems. The optional ground-floor "Lily" Studio provides independent, fully equipped accommodation for two more adults or children. Outdoors, the estate is a haven of recreation, featuring a saltwater pool (heated and secured), a covered terrace with a gas griddle, and extensive leisure facilities: a petanque court, giant trampoline, children's soccer goal/swing set, and a covered ping-pong table.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
