General

This compact studio sits within a beautifully designed Provençal residence just outside the town, a natural and well-located base for exploring the heart of the region.

The studio is an open-plan layout sleeping four, with a sofa bed in the living area and a bunk bed sleeping area alongside it. The TV adds a relaxed evening option, and the well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering genuinely enjoyable rather than just convenient. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable through warm Provençal summers, and the bathroom is neatly laid out for a smooth daily routine. A private balcony or terrace with garden furniture invites slow mornings in the open air.

Shared residence facilities are a strong draw. A seasonal outdoor pool and paddling pool, and a boules court with pétanque equipment are available for guests. Private sauna and jacuzzi access can be booked per studio at an additional cost, while paid Wi-Fi, parking, breakfast service, and a plancha are also available as optional extras.

L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue sits 2km away, with hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, and the famous international antiques fair in mid-August all within easy reach. Gordes, the Sénanque Abbey, and Avignon are nearby for day trips, and the Luberon offers endless scope for exploration. A genuinely rewarding base for Provence.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
