Les Terrasses du Soleil d’Or is a charming residence located at the foot of the slopes in the hamlet of Bois Méan, at an altitude of 1800 meters. Perfect for families, the residence is opposite the daycare center and snow garden, making it easy to drop off children before heading to the nearby Prélaux carpet or Prèbois chairlift. Shops, restaurants, and equipment rentals are within walking distance, with some even available on-site. Additionally, the residence is conveniently located above the tourist office, ski lift ticket offices, and the ESF des Orres 1800.
This 30m² east-facing apartment offers a peaceful and comfortable retreat, ideal for up to 4 people. It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals after a day on the slopes. Sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with a bunk bed and a 2-person sofa bed, plus an additional sofa bed in the living room. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a heated indoor swimming pool with a whirlpool and an outdoor terrace for sunbathing. The pool is open seasonally, with availability in both summer (June 29 – August 31, 2024) and winter (December 7, 2024 – April 12, 2025).
For added convenience, guests can order fresh bread and pastries each morning from the communal lounge. The apartment is also just 300 meters from the lively Place des Orres 1800, offering numerous restaurants and regional product stores for souvenirs. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
