Guests also have complimentary access to a sauna and swimming pool at the neighboring residence, Le Balcon des Airelles. A convenient shuttle bus connects you to the heart of Les Orres.

In the village center, you will find shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, and other essential amenities, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach.

The apartments feature a bright living space with either a sofa bed or two pull-out beds. Each includes a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Depending on the layout, the bedrooms have either single or double beds. Every unit offers a balcony or terrace to fully enjoy the valley views.

Covering 28–29m², these sunlit apartments — some adapted for guests with reduced mobility — are enhanced by large bay windows opening onto a spacious, sunny balcony. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living area, a modern kitchen, and a dedicated ski locker in the basement. A cozy mountain corner with two single beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet (or an adapted bathroom for accessible units) completes the setup.

Les Orres, located in the Hautes-Alpes department of southeastern France, is a stunning mountainous region with a touch of Mediterranean charm. The area offers top-quality facilities and a wide range of organized sports and cultural events throughout the year.

Adventure seekers can enjoy activities such as hang gliding, rafting, hiking, climbing, quad biking, and mountain biking. There is also an adventure forest, tennis courts, a summer toboggan run, and a public swimming pool. For a more relaxing experience, visitors can enjoy massages, sauna sessions, or explore the village’s library and attend live music concerts.

Families with children are well catered for, with multiple playgrounds and a variety of organized activities. During the summer season, a crèche (nursery) is available for children aged 6 months to 6 years, while kids aged 6 to 12 can take part in sports and games specifically designed for them. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
