The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions, a CD player and two DVD players. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a barbecue, a swimming pool and a table tennis table and there are two air conditioners and two terraces. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, three toilets and five showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer, a fridge, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The train station lies 19 km away, the motorway is 15 km, and the nearest airport is 45 km from the villa. The villa is family-friendly, offering a cot and high chair on request. Spend your evenings on the terrace, enjoying grilled meals while watching the sun dip below the hills. A table tennis table offers extra entertainment. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
