The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed, a single bed and a double bed or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater. In St.Clair near Le Lavandou (30 km from St Tropez) on a piece of land of 1 hectare, overgrown with cork oaks and green parasol pines, lies this cottage in a supremely quiet location, with the sandy beach of St.Clair and the azure blue Mediterranean Sea at a distance of only 600 m. You can find a front terrace of approximately 12 x 3 m with a sea view.

Le Lavandou is a typical southern French seaside resort, with lots of greenery, a marina and cozy shops and restaurants.
Picturesque Bormes-les-Mimosas, famous for its many flowering plants, is well worth a visit.

The property has two bedrooms, sleeping up to 5 people. There is a living room with a kitchen corner, in which there is a well equipped kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large fridge and freezer, a Senseo and filter coffee maker and an electric kettle. Air Conditioning is available in the bedrooms.
A small supermarket is within walking distance and you can enjoy the many sights and restaurants in the area.

St. Clair is less than half an hour's drive from Toulon/Hyères airport, with regular flights from Rotterdam, Paris, Luxembourg and London. Nice and Marseille are under 2 hours drive.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
