Enjoy a comfortable stay with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, pod coffee machine), washing machine, dryer, TV, and separate WC. Beds are made upon arrival: one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed (160x200 cm). A baby cot and high chair are available.
Outside: a 12 m² terrace, a 100 m² enclosed garden with sun loungers and an electric barbecue, plus secure parking.
Ideally located: river 300 m away, village 800 m away, Grasse 9 km away, Nice, Cannes, and Antibes 30 minutes away.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
