The accommodation: This 25m² studio apartment is on the 2nd floor of the secure "Les Cèdres" residence with elevator. It offers convenient access to the thermal baths and shops, and is just steps from the weekly market held every Thursday.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, etc.), a bathroom with a washing machine and separate toilet, and a main room with a queen-size bed (160cm) and access to a north-facing balcony.

Possibility of renting a garage or parking space in the residence, subject to availability.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
