General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a heater, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a swimming pool (private and outdoors) and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three baths or showers, a bath, a hairdryer and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge, a tumble dryer and a freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three luxurious bedrooms, all featuring en-suite bathrooms for ultimate privacy. The accommodation includes an air-conditioned master suite with a king-size bed and private terrace access, a queen bedroom with an en-suite shower room and furnished terrace, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The interior spaces are bright and welcoming, centered around a cozy lounge with a smart TV and library, and a spacious living room featuring a stone fireplace and direct terrace access. The open-plan fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a complete range of appliances and integrated laundry facilities, while air conditioning in the main rooms and thick walls ensure coolness.

The exterior is designed for seamless relaxation and enjoyment of the Provençal sun. The landscaped grounds span 2,700 m² and feature a large, furnished terrace that captures the panoramic views. The centerpiece is the private 14 x 8 m swimming pool, open from May to October, complete with an alarm for safety. A relaxation area with sun loungers and a gas barbecue grill encourages outdoor living. Amenities include free parking, high-touch surface disinfection, and all linens (including pool towels). The inclusion of a baby cot and high chair upon request makes this an ideal choice.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
