Located in one of the most beautiful spots in Gordes, this villa is a superb bastide offering breathtaking, panoramic views over the Luberon valley and the village castle. This exceptional property is perfectly equipped for a large family or group, featuring six bedrooms and five bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 8 to 12 people.
The spacious interior is designed for comfort and functionality. The main entrance opens to a living room with a study area, a dedicated dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen provides high-end appliances, including an oven, microwave, range cooker, refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The bedrooms offer flexibility: the Master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160cm), air conditioning, and a luxury bathroom with a double bathtub and hydrojet shower. The other five bedrooms are configured with various queen and single beds, supported by multiple shower rooms and a total of five bathrooms.
The true majesty of this bastide lies outside, where three separate terraces overlook the many picturesque villages of the Luberon, providing ideal spots for relaxing or entertaining. The large enclosed garden features a private 12x6 meter swimming pool with a safety cover. Linens and bath towels are provided, and the final cleaning is included. Guests benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi, a stereo system, and professional pool and garden maintenance. The concierge service, available upon arrival, can even arrange a guided tour of the village during the summer season. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
