The Property

Ground Floor:

The ground floor comprises a large main room with an open-plan fitted kitchen leading to a living room with a fireplace, a beautiful master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), and two further bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, as well as another bathroom (shower and toilet). A small additional room serves as a laundry room and provides storage space for groceries.

First Floor:
The first floor is reached via a spiral staircase. There is a mezzanine furnished with a small desk and a TV area, as well as a sofa bed (90 cm). To the left is a large attic room with four single beds (90 cm) that can be pushed together. There is also a small toilet area with a sink.

This house is best suited for 6 adults and up to 4 children for optimal comfort.

Garden and Grounds

A large, shaded garden with unobstructed views of the Luberon and the Mourre Nègre awaits you, as well as a lovely terrace next to the summer kitchen with a barbecue (wood and charcoal), pizza oven, and a large table for 10 people. The infinity pool (4.2 x 9 m, 1.8 m deep) is surrounded by a 15 m² terrace.

Below the house, you have access to a parking area for 3 cars (one of which is covered by a carport), accessible from the street.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
