The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player, a CD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a boules court, a sandbox, a terrace, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a garden. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three showers and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a garage, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, three coffee makers and a dishwasher.

With a private swimming pool and stunning views, it offers a relaxing getaway for families. The garden features a dedicated children's play corner with a swing, seating area, and boules court, ensuring fun for all ages. The location is ideal for beach lovers and explorers alike. You're only 10 minutes from the sandy beaches, a water amusement park, and a zoo. The charming seaside resort of Fréjus also offers Roman ruins, a bustling boulevard, shops, cafés, and a harbour. A scenic boat trip to glamorous Saint-Tropez is also within reach. Inside, the home boasts a modern American kitchen with a bar, opening directly to the pool area. Two comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor each have their own bathroom. Outside, enjoy alfresco dining under the covered terrace with a large table and gas barbecue. The pool includes underwater benches - perfect for lounging and soaking up the Mediterranean sun.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 150,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
