The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a stereo (wireless) and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a trampoline, a table tennis table and a swimming pool and there are three air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, a shower, two washbasins and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher and a stove.

Villa Moulin is a unique, renovated olive mill dating back to 1800, located just a stone's throw from the center of Flayosc. The villa features a private swimming pool (10 x 2.5 m) and offers the perfect combination of charm, comfort, and authenticity.

A dream vacation begins here. This tastefully furnished 210 m² house retains beautiful original details, such as the authentic olive presses in the living room. French doors open onto the patio and garden with swimming pool, perfect for relaxing.

The southern French village of Flayosc is known for its charming terraces and excellent restaurants. La Cachette, for example, is a charming French restaurant offering culinary delights, and L’Aïtable is highly recommended thanks to its beautiful decor and excellent value. The village also boasts three bakeries, two small supermarkets, and a delicatessen. The weekly Provençal market takes place every Monday morning.

A visit to the renowned Château de Berne wine estate, perhaps combined with lunch, is definitely worthwhile.

The Var region has so much to offer. Lively Draguignan is ideal for shopping or relaxing on one of the charming terraces. Numerous picturesque villages are located nearby, such as Lorgues and Tourtour, the famous "village dans le ciel," as well as many other medieval towns. Saint-Tropez and the Gorges du Verdon (perfect for canoeing and rafting) are also about 40 minutes away.

The villa features a spacious living room and a fully equipped Provençal kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, and kettle.

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three toilets. An additional toilet and a washing machine are located in the storage room.

The fully enclosed garden, accessible via the house or a small gate, is planted with oleanders, lavender, and olive trees. Along with the swimming pool, it's the perfect place to relax on balmy summer days.

There is parking for 2 to 3 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
