The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture, a bar, a terrace, a swimming pool, a sauna and a barbecue and there are two tennis courts. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a washbasin and two toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a stovetop.

Upstairs, three bedrooms - a double and two twin rooms - share a bathroom with a spa bath and shower, keeping the group well served through busy mornings. The ground floor offers a living area with a sofa bed and a TV, a WC, and direct access to the outdoor space. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, and a laundry room takes care of the practical side of a longer stay without fuss. Air conditioning runs throughout. The private garden with sun loungers, covered terrace, and stone barbecue surrounds the private unheated pool - open from April to September - and the whole outdoor space is designed to be used, not just admired. Wi-Fi and Garage or outdoor parking are available.

The domain adds a further dimension - a large shared pool, jacuzzi, paddling pool, tennis courts, ping-pong, multisports court, and pétanque, for all guests. Children's clubs run in summer for ages four to fifteen. The spa with sauna, hammam, and wellness treatments, plus a bar terrace, breakfast service, and bakery, is all available as paid options.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
