General

The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a fireplace, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a garden and there are two terraces and six air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a hairdryer, four showers, four washbasins and five toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a fridge and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

An optional utilities and service fee of EUR 200,00 will be charged before your arrival. Details are given below.
Attractively furnished detached Mas within walking distance of Eygalières' cafés and restaurants. Recently renovated with traditional materials, it features warm Provencal décor. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a spacious dining and living room with French doors to the large terrace and private (heatable) swimming pool. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are on the ground floor, and two more with en-suite bathrooms are on the second floor. Outside, a covered pool house with seating and barbecue, plus a covered terrace for breakfast, creates perfect spaces for relaxing or dining. The pool is secured with an electric shutter and heated May-September (or on request for a fee). The enclosed garden is well-maintained with space for children to play. Pets and extra beds are possible on request. The Mas is ideally located for exploring the Alpilles, vineyards, lavender fields, and nearby villages. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (10 km), Avignon, and Aix-en-Provence are all within reach, offering markets, cafés, shops, and galleries. A security deposit is required before check-in.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 200,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
