The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden and a swimming pool and there are three terraces and three air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, four washbasins, three showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker (espresso machine).

One of these rooms is furnished with two single beds, ideal for children. A second bathroom with a sink and shower, along with a separate toilet, adds extra comfort.

There are beautiful patios, some partially covered and complete with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, where you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean sun. The refreshing swimming pool (5x11 m) invites you for a dip, while the large, private garden with lush plants and authentic olive trees creates an idyllic ambiance. Villa Helene also features a studio, ideal for extra guests. The studio comprises two simple double bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a 160x200 bed. Although there is no air conditioning, fans provide a pleasant cooling effect. The bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower completes the space.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
