"Les Sources", 2-room apartment 55 m2. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, combination microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
