The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, an atmospheric fireplace, a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a boules court and a barbecue and there are three air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, three toilets and four showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are two cots.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

With five generously sized bedrooms-three air-conditioned and two in an annex with fans-the villa comfortably accommodates families or groups seeking a tranquil retreat. Multiple terraces surround the house, furnished with large tables, armchairs, and a wrought-iron lounge, offering shaded spots throughout the day. The centerpiece is a childproof, salt-treated swimming pool (9 x 5 m) set on a flower-filled terrace just below the house. Here, sun loungers, a summer kitchen, dining tables, and a barbecue invite you to relax and entertain. Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 230,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
