The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, four televisions, a heather and a stereo. In addition there is an air conditioner, a balcony or terrace, a barbecue, a jacuzzi, a garden and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, a bath, three showers, three washbasins and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an oven and a microwave.

Set in the countryside at the edge of the Sainte-Baume Regional Natural Park, it’s a big, playful base for families or a group of friends who want calm nature, comfort and a few “wow” extras all in one place.

The 550 m2 villa is spread across several levels and comfortably hosts up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, you have a living room with wide openings to the terrace and pool, plus an open-plan kitchen equipped for proper cooking – including oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and other essentials. Two master suites on this level come with their own full bathrooms. Upstairs, only a spacious master suite offering an extra degree of privacy with its own furnished bathroom. Down in the basement, you get a room that acts as a private cinema and a bedroom with two single beds, and the wellness area brings a full spa feel with jacuzzi, hammam, solarium, massage table and a small gym. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a huge TV, laundry room and secure parking/garage keep everyday living easy.

Outside is where the villa really comes alive: a heated pool (in season), a fully equipped summer kitchen with plancha, pizza oven, barbecue and American fridge, a koi carp pond, pétanque court and plenty of space to sit, eat and unwind.

When you feel like heading out, you’re close to the OK Corral amusement park, local family activities, countryside hikes and the famous Circuit Paul Ricard — so days can swing between thrill, nature and pure relaxation.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
