The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds, a double bed and two double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a boules court, a balcony, a barbecue and a swimming pool and there are two gardens, two terraces and five air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, three washbasins, a bath, a massage shower and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playpen and there are two cots and two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove, two microwaves, two dishwashers and a coffee maker.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
