The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden and a terrace and there are two swimming pools.

The holiday home has a fridge, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a freezer.

Maison Perchée is located on the hills above the charming Provençal village of Cotignac, just a 5-minute walk from shops and restaurants.

The house offers approximately 70 square meters of living space spread over several levels:
From the terrace, accessed through a large French door, you'll find a kitchen on the left, decorated in Provençal colors and equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A table and chairs are set up under the pergola, allowing you to enjoy the exceptional views.

From the kitchen, you have access to the first bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

To the right of the entrance, a few steps lead to a large, bright room that serves as the living and dining area, with two French doors opening onto the outside. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature on hot summer days.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a lovely double bedroom (160x200 cm bed) equipped with a Dyson portable air conditioner, and a small twin bedroom (two 90x200 cm beds) with a fan. This smaller bedroom can accommodate one adult or two children.

The bathroom on the same floor (shower, sink, and toilet) also includes a washing machine and dryer. Two sets of French doors provide access to the upper terrace.

The grounds are quite unique: with a significant change in elevation, the property offers a variety of secluded spots to enjoy throughout the day.

Surrounded by lush vegetation, the pool is reached via a small paved walkway. Once through the gate, you'll love spending sunny afternoons by the water, admiring the magnificent views of the village's old rooftops.

However, due to the hillside location, this property is not suitable for seniors or people with mobility issues.

Two parking spaces are available on the public street in front of the house. From there, a private path leads through the upper part of the garden to the house (please note, the access is very steep). Another entrance at the bottom allows you to reach the village center more quickly on foot.

Due to the elevation change, we do not recommend this vacation home for people with mobility issues.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
