The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds, four single fold-away beds and eight double beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a garden and there are two swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, two baths and two showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

Just a short walk from the village center, Le Ferraillon is ideal for a peaceful and sociable holiday.

The main entrance leads into a large, bright living room with plenty of space, furnished as a comfortable living and dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen open to the main room. Numerous French doors and bay windows provide access to the garden or the fully fenced pool area.

Two double bedrooms on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub) and separate shower, as well as a toilet with a sink.

The upper floor features several mezzanines: a large room furnished as a TV room, a double bedroom (140x190 cm), a single bedroom (90x190 cm), and a toilet (toilet, sink).

The garden is divided into different areas:

The pool with its sun loungers is accessed through various gates.

The terrace is located off the kitchen (with a barbecue), and the garden features several olive trees.

An orchard is situated at the rear of the house, where parking is also available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
