General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two baths and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a playground equipment and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

This charming Provençal villa is in a wonderfully tranquil setting on a large fenced estate (4000 m2) at the edge of the idyllic village of Céreste. You can go for a refreshing dip in the lovely private pool (8 x 5 m), that can be heated between May and September depending on the outside temperature. Or enjoy a view of the surrounding mountain scenery from the higher part of the garden. The owner lives in a studio at the back of the house. She has her own entryway, ensuring that you have complete privacy.

Céreste is situated at the edge of the Parc Naturel Régional du Lubéron. This is a great area for exploring either on foot or in the car. The town of Apt, known for its delicious candied fruits that are sold at its charming market, is just 20 km away.

Lovely little towns such as Lacoste, which is terraced into a mountainside and where the grandiose castle of the Marquis de Sade once stood, Gordes with its Village des Bories, the Provençal village of Bonnieux, Roussillon with its red hills, Ménerbes (which is familiar from the stories of English writer Peter Mayle) and l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue are all well worth a visit.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
