The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, an atmospheric fireplace, a boules court, a swimming pool, a bicycle, a barbecue and a table tennis table and there are two balconies or terraces and three terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bidet, three showers, three washbasins, a bath and three hairdryers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a fridge, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, two stoves, two ovens and a dishwasher.

Note that the property includes numerous stairs, both indoors and outdoors, making it less suitable for those with mobility challenges.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 950,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

There is a lake/open water less than 750 meter. You can also relax, because near Villa Balou in Cavalaire-sur-Mer you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
