The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, two single beds, two double beds or two single beds and two bunk beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture, a balcony or terrace, a garden, an atmospheric fireplace, a barbecue, a boules court, a swimming pool and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two baths, two showers and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is toys.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a stovetop, an oven, a microwave and a stove.

This villa is located on a private estate in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, a quiet, green setting with stunning views from the Corniche des Maures to Cap Lardier. An external staircase connects the two levels of the house and can accommodate family or friends, with living rooms and two bedrooms on the terrace level and the other bedrooms on the garden level. The terrace level features a summer lounge, large terrace with built-in barbecue, dining area for 12, renovated kitchen (2020) with modern appliances, living room with fireplace, TV, Yamaha Clavinova piano, books, games, and WiFi. Bedrooms include doubles (160x200 cm, separable) and a dormitory for six, with bathrooms and independent toilets. Laundry facilities are available. The 10x4 m swimming pool (roller shutter, open 1/05-30/09) is surrounded by sunbeds and furniture. Guests can enjoy the boulodrome and parking for 2-3 cars via electric gate. Cavalaire-sur-Mer is nearby with beaches, marina, shops, restaurants, water sports, and easy access to the Massif des Maures for hiking and cycling. Animals are not allowed; youth or student groups under 30 and parties are prohibited.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 350,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

There is a lake/open water less than 3,6 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Stella Maris in Cavalaire-sur-Mer you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
