The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a balcony, a table tennis table, a boules court and a swimming pool and there are two terraces and five air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with two showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer and two fridges.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (espresso machine), an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
