The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions. In addition there is a patio, a balcony or terrace, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a swimming pool and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, a toilet and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a microwave and an oven.

Villa Jen'uka, fully renovated in 2023 and part of the exclusive 'Villas de Tom' group, is an ideal retreat for families or friends seeking comfort and style. The beautiful white-sand beaches of Cannes are within 30 km, and a large lake with beaches and pedalos is just a 10-minute drive from the villa.

Guests can enjoy relaxing moments in the large garden or admire the charming village from the kitchen’s lovely window. Parking is provided with a free electric car charging station (subject to compatibility). Villa Jen'uka combines modern comfort with the authentic charm of Provence, making it a perfect base to explore the French Riviera.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
