Situated conveniently by the outdoor pool, the location provides a very pleasant base for soaking up the sun.

The studio is functionally designed to ensure maximum comfort and independence. It features a king-size bed that is seamlessly integrated with a shower and toilet area, maximising space utilisation. A small open-plan kitchen with a dining area is fully equipped with everything you need, including a stove, oven, microwave oven, mini-fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and wine glasses. For entertainment, the studio offers a TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi system, and reliable Wi-Fi. Additional comforts include heating, a hairdryer, extra pillows and blankets, and essentials. Guests benefit from a private entrance and a secure parking space located directly in front of the residence.

Outside, the property boasts a beautiful enclosed garden, perfect for relaxation. The highlight is the swimming pool, open generally from May to September (guests should contact the owners regarding April/October opening). A lovely summer terrace awaits, complete with a gas barbecue and outdoor seating for unforgettable al fresco dining moments. For hikers, a five-hectare cedar forest with a fitness trail and picnic area lies to the north of the village. The discreet owners reside in the neighbouring villa, offering local advice and assistance if needed. Small dogs are accepted upon request

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
