In the countryside, surrounded by pine trees, located behind the main house, this charming little single-storey villa offers the ideal setting for a pleasant stay in Provence. Peace and quiet guaranteed. The private swimming pool, which can be heated on request (€50/week), offers the opportunity to relax in all seasons. Dimensions: 8.5 x 4 m, flat bottom, depth 1.50 m, beach and steps.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a pleasant covered terrace with a built-in barbecue. The villa has a living room, two bedrooms (one with a 1.60 m bed and two single beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Wine trails, cellar tours and tastings, hiking, cycling or horse riding... there are many varied activities to enjoy in this magnificent region, which is also famous for its summer cultural events (concerts, the Vaison Danse festival, proximity to Avignon and its festival, Orange and its Chorégies).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
