Located in the heart of town, this studio is the perfect base for couples looking to retreat into the breathtaking countryside of Breil-sur-Roya. Set on the third floor of a traditional village house, it offers charming views over the Roya River and the surrounding mountains. The elegant city of Menton, with its Medieval Old Town, is a 45-minute drive away, while Nice Airport can be reached in about 1 hour and 5 minutes. Alternatively, Breil-sur-Roya railway station is just a 10-minute walk from the property.

On the third floor of a traditional village house, the studio has lovely views over the mountains beyond. The living area is furnished with a contemporary sofa/bed, a wardrobe, a dining table for two and a flat-screen TV. The separate kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob and washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin and WC.

The area is known as a centre for hiking, mountain biking and adventure sports such as kayaking, canyoning and white-water rafting. The famous Vallée des Merveilles (45 minutes) is very popular with hikers. It is also home to over 40,000 Bronze Age stone carvings.

For a day on the beach, Breil-Sur-Roya is only 30 minutes from the resort town of Ventimiglia and the Italian Riviera. The elegant city of Menton with its Medieval Old Town is 45 minutes.

There is a lake/open water less than 20 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Lovely Studio In Mountain Village in Breil-sur-Roya you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
