Our cocoon will be the ideal place for your holidays in the highly sought-after and exclusive Gaou Bénat estate. You will have a villa for 3 people between the sea and the pine forest. Our little house is located 1500 m from the beaches (pebble / sand) and has a huge terrace. We'll provide everything you need to make you feel at home. Our 45 m2 terrace will be the highlight of your holiday.

The estate has tennis courts, as well as private beaches, a sailing school, paddle hire and swimming lessons. There are many walks in and around the estate. The estate has its own restaurant, and there are plenty of dining options in the surrounding area.

You'll find everything you need for your daily life in a charming grocery shop located on the estate, or in the many markets and supermarkets just a few minutes away by car. There are many beaches, sites and villages to visit in the nearby area.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
