Bright, partly renovated in 2023, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), fan. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 18 m2, north-west facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Parking spaces in the residence are limited. Access to the terrace is down 3 steps. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
