Welcome to this modern, refurbished apartment located on the 2nd floor at Avenue Georges Gallice, right in the heart of Juan-les-Pins. From the windows, you look directly over Place de la Pinède, with beaches, cafés and restaurants just steps below.
The apartment comes with a bedroom that is quiet and cozy with a double bed, and a built-in storage, while the bathroom has been fully redesigned with a walk-in shower and clean, modern finishes, a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine — easy for breakfasts at home or simple meals after the beach, the living room is bright, air-conditioned and comfortable, with double-glazed windows that help maintain calm and keep the space cool.
You can walk everywhere — the beach is just below the building, morning coffee shops are around the corner, and you’ll find restaurants and bars at your doorstep. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot, making day trips simple.
It’s lively, social and very central - best suited for guests who enjoy being close to the buzz of the city, especially in the evenings when music and terraces stay active until late. A great stay for those who love the sea, the nightlife and being right where everything happens.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
