The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden and a set of garden furniture and there are three terraces. The badroom is equipped with five showers, three toilets and five washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with two stoves, an oven, two microwaves, a coffee maker (espresso machine) and two dishwashers.

Villa 'Bonheur' boasts a breathtaking panoramic view that stretches as far as the eye can see, leaving you in awe. The expansive estate is home to a beautifully restored 'old' Mas (for 8 guests) and a quaint 'stone' gîte (for 2 guests), both expertly renovated in 2016. From here, you can catch glimpses of the picturesque town of Draguignan and even the shimmering sea in the distance.

The villa offers 4 inviting double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a cozy seating corner with a large TV (with Dutch channels) and Wi-Fi, along with a generous dining table for shared meals. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, a washing machine is located on the second floor. The guest accommodation includes a comfortable double bed, a modern shower, toilet, and sink, a charming living room with stunning views, and a well-appointed kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave.

Step outside to discover multiple terraces offering serene seating areas, perfect for lounging and soaking in the surroundings. The sparkling pool, built in 2016, is a sublime spot to refresh and unwind. Plus, in late 2019, a lovely shaded canopy was added to the house, providing the ideal place to escape the sun. The garden is a Mediterranean haven, featuring "restangues" surrounded by olive trees and lush foliage.

The picturesque village of Ampus is just a 5-minute drive away, where you'll find a bakery, a small supermarket, a cozy café, and a handful of charming restaurants. Don’t miss the irresistible homemade lasagna with fresh salad and warm, buttery croissants – a true local treat!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
