The residence itself boasts a 90-hectare estate surrounded by a pine forest, offering a truly natural setting. Guests have direct access to a lake and can easily reach the ocean (2.5km away) on foot, by bike, or via a shuttle service. The residence also features three swimming pools (open during specific dates) with slides and paddling pools, ideal for families. On-site amenities include a pizzeria, bakery, and bar/ice cream parlor (all independently operated).
The apartment is conveniently located on the first floor and features a furnished balcony with a west-facing view of the village. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
