This expansive holiday home is located in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, nestled within a beautiful natural setting designed to mirror the charm of a traditional Vendée village. The residence is comprised of cottages spread across seven hamlets, offering a peaceful atmosphere on the Côte de Lumière. It is perfectly positioned for discovery, situated just 7 km from the town center and sandy beaches, and only 3 km from the Port-Bourgenay golf course.

The split-level interior is designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, making it ideal for larger families or groups. The ground floor features a welcoming living area with a double sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a convenient shower room. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, along with a full bathroom. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs and a dishwasher, as well as a private terrace with garden furniture for enjoying the sun-drenched surroundings.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
