This charming duplex is situated in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, nestled within a beautiful natural setting designed to mirror the atmosphere of a traditional Vendée village. The residence is comprised of cottages spread across seven hamlets, offering a peaceful environment on the Côte de Lumière. It is ideally positioned for discovery, located just 7 km from the town center and sandy beaches, and only 3 km from the Port-Bourgenay golf course.

The split-level interior is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to six guests. The ground floor features a welcoming living area equipped with a double sofa bed. Upstairs, you will find two separate bedrooms—one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds—along with a full bathroom. The home includes a functional kitchen with ceramic hobs and a dishwasher, as well as a private terrace with garden furniture for enjoying the quiet surroundings.

Guests enjoy access to a variety of shared amenities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool available from mid-May to mid-September. For relaxation, the property features a whirlpool, sauna, and hammam, while active travelers can take advantage of the tennis court, multisports ground, and ping-pong tables. With a television included and a parking space provided for each unit, this residence serves as a relaxing base for exploring the diverse landscapes and heritage of the region.

Note for Guests: The hot tub can be booked for an extra charge of €10 per session or €45 for a package of 5 sessions. The same pricing applies to the sauna and steam room.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
