Discover our charming stone house, "Terre et Mer" (Land and Sea), nestled in a hamlet near Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard, a true gem of the Vendée coast. Enjoy an idyllic setting, surrounded by trees and greenery, with a perfect location: just 2.5 km from the nearest beaches and 800 m from the village center.

This charming house has been designed for your comfort, so you can fully enjoy your holiday with family or friends. You'll also be close to a working farm (with no disturbances) and an organic market gardener.

For your outdoor meals, you'll appreciate the large garden, equipped with sun loungers for relaxation and an electric griddle for delicious meals.

Upon arrival at this house, you'll be charmed by the living room with its stone walls and exposed beams. You'll discover a welcoming sitting area, furnished with a sofa bed offering extra sleeping space, as well as a television. From the French doors, you'll enjoy a pleasant view of the garden.

The large family dining table is also located in this room, next to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen. You'll find everything you need for cooking: an American-style refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, teapot, bean-to-cup coffee maker, and filter coffee maker. The washing machine is also located in the kitchen.

In the living room, there is a library for adults, as well as a dedicated children's area with books and games.

Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms, all furnished with high-end bedding: two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), and the third has a bunk bed. A crib is also available if needed. The bathroom is located upstairs and is equipped with a hairdryer. The staircase leading upstairs is quite steep, reflecting the building's old-world charm. A child safety gate is installed, but supervision is still recommended with young children.

Three private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

* For complete transparency, we would like to inform you that some aspects of the house are currently being renovated. The bathroom shows signs of wear (shower sealant), the fixtures are old, and one of the cooktops is not working. Outside, the awning is also in poor condition.

Good news: renovations are already planned. These improvements will be carried out soon according to our contractor's schedule.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
