General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a patio, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 small room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden, to the terrace, west facing position. Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 large room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 35 m2, south facing position and west facing position, small patio 45 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3). Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: small, well-kept garden 80 m2 (fenced), parking (for 3 cars). Grocery, supermarket 700 m, restaurant, bar 550 m, bakery 700 m, café 550 m, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Maison Départementale" 50 m, railway station "Gare de Saint Nazaire" 10 km, sandy beach "Serpent d'Océan" 600 m, park "Parc du Pointeau" 5 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "JOA Casino Hôtel & Spa du Béryl" 6 km. Walking paths from the house 150 m, children's playground 650 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
