Spanning 130 m² across two levels, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The ground floor boasts a bright dining area with a bay window that opens onto the terrace, offering breathtaking sea views. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing fresh meals, while the cozy living area with a fireplace invites you to unwind after a day of exploration. The ground floor also features a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, as well as a large office space and a bathroom with a bathtub. A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities ensures convenience throughout your stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
