The living room features a convertible double sofa bed, while the two bedrooms each have double beds. The property is non-smoking, and pets under 25kg and not noisy are welcome for a fee. A €750 deposit is required, and towels are not provided, though rental is available. A private 6-seater spa is available for an additional charge, perfect for unwinding. Guests are expected to clean before departure or can opt for an end-of-stay cleaning service for €85.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
