Nestled in the heart of the forest, this 50m² apartment, designed with a vibrant Cuban theme, offers a peaceful escape for up to 6 people. It features two bedrooms with double beds, and a convertible double sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. The apartment is pet-friendly (for pets under 25kg and non-noisy, with a €15 fee). A private terrace provides a serene outdoor space, complete with garden furniture, an outdoor table and chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue or electric plancha. A private 6-seater spa is available for an additional cost of €40 for the duration of your stay.
Located just a few minutes from the beach and surrounded by the Pays-de-Monts national forest, the property offers easy access to a variety of outdoor activities. Guests can explore the numerous cycle paths surrounding the Domaine, perfect for nature walks and cycling tours. The area’s cafיs, markets, and local attractions ensure there’s plenty to discover in the vibrant surroundings.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils for meal preparation. The living room includes a television with TNT channels. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hair dryer, and ironing board. Bed linens are provided, but towel rental is available for €5 per person. Optional services like end-of-stay cleaning (€85) or mid-stay cleaning (€39) are available. A baby kit can be requested for €15.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
