Detailed information
This 60m² Canadian-themed house, located in the heart of the forest, comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features two bedrooms with double beds and a convertible double sofa bed in the living room. Pets under 25kg and not noisy are accepted for a €15 fee. A private 6-seater spa is available for an optional €40 fee for the duration of the stay.
The house is situated within an exceptional setting in the heart of the Pays-de-Monts national forest, just minutes from the beach. Numerous cycle paths surround the area, offering opportunities for exploration.
The house includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, crockery, utensils), two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Amenities also include a TV (TNT channels), hairdryer, washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Outside, a beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue/electric plancha) provides outdoor space. Bed sheets are provided, but towels are not (towel kit rental is €5 per person). Guests are expected to leave the accommodation clean; an end-of-stay cleaning package is available for €85, or mid-stay cleaning can be requested for €39 (with 3 days' notice). A baby kit (travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub) is available for an additional €15. Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. A €750 deposit is required.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
