This former barn, renovated with respect for the exposed stone walls and beams, is set in eight hectares of grounds with a fish pond and beautifully landscaped parklands. Situated not far from the Loire, in the department of Loire-Atlantique, this is a relaxing property in the countryside.
The owner speaks English. The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access. Baby accessories such as a high chair, bath and changing mat can be provided. The house has "Tourisme & Handicap" accreditation for people with motor and mental disabilities.
This 70 m² single-storey house is suitable for wheelchair users. Beautiful views over the park and pond from every room in the house. The large living room comprises an open-plan kitchen with dining area and a lounge with a cosy seating area overlooking the park and pond. The house has two bedrooms. One has a queen-size double bed and a single bed (160 x 200 cm and 90 x 200 cm), while the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The bathroom, which also has a washing machine, has a walk-in shower and a separate WC. The house is air-conditioned and can receive over 200 international TV channels. The large French window in the living room gives access to the furnished terrace and the park with its pond. Guests can fish in the pond.
Situated in the countryside between Nantes and Ancenis, the house can be reached by car in 20 minutes and is the ideal base for a wide range of activities in the countryside. Culture lovers will also find plenty of places of interest to visit. You can relax while horse riding, hiking or cycling.
