The Acacia villas with private pool are located in a holiday residence in Les Sables d'Olonne. This unique resort, set in 13 hectares of parkland, offers everything you need for a calm and relaxing stay, surrounded by lush vegetation. On site, you'll find a gourmet restaurant "La Table de Villeneuve", a children's playground, a tennis court (fee payable), mini-golf and bike and chopper (electric scooter) hire. The residence is just 800m from the coast and 2km from the nearest beach (Plage de Tanchet). A cycle path leads from the residence to the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, where you can sip a drink on the terrace or enjoy a seafood platter overlooking the sea. Outside the villa, a terrace with garden furniture, table, chairs and two deckchairs per villa. In the midst of a natural, green setting, you'll feel completely at home! The villas consist of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, senseo, kettle, ceramic hob), 3 bedrooms and one or two bathrooms per villa with bath and/or shower. Pool heating is included from 26.04 to 28.09.25. The option must be booked at least 4 days before arrival. The setting is calm and natural. Between sea and forest, Oasis les Jardins is ideally placed for a calm and relaxing stay.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
