The Domaine des Fontenelles is located on the edge of a superb 18-hole golf course. In this residence with elegant architecture, the apartments favor comfort and quality of life. You will have access to the swimming pool and will benefit from preferential rates on the Golf de Fontenelles. For 100% sporting holidays, you will find tennis courts, a horse-riding center and numerous cycle paths right next to the residence. The Residence is 9 km from the beach and 8 km from the fishing port. There is a restaurant and pub on site. Our animal friends are not allowed in this residence.

60m² apartment This apartment favors comfort and quality of life by offering living room with sofa bed or bench for 2 people, equipped kitchen (hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, filter hood) and 1 balcony or terrace. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed or 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet. Some have an additional shower.

Historically a fishing port, Saint Gilles-Croix-de-Vie offers sea trips for fishing. You can also simply enjoy the fine sand of the Grand Plage. For more adrenaline, try kite-surfing, surfing, or sailing, activities offered on the local beaches.

The apartments overlook the Blue Green Les Fontenelles golf course, where you can enjoy reductions on green fees, its practice, a magnificent 18-hole landscaped course with a bocage character, over more than 6 km, with a pleasant succession of water hazards, maritime pines and oaks.

For a great day out with the family, try the Vendée bike-rail, leaving from Coëx: to discover the Vendée hinterland, like a pedal boat on rails, better than a bicycle, more than a tandem, the rail bike (draisine) promises you an unusual walk in unspoiled nature.Three theme parks are located in the vicinity, and the Puy du Fou, just over an hour's drive from the residence, will dazzle you with its cinéscénies, jousting , birds of prey, etc. (Tickets on sale at reception).

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
