General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a tennis court, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room, without window with 1 double wall-trunk bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Floor heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (fenced), garage. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
