The holiday home for 7 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with five single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers and a bath with shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, an oven and a dishwasher.

Château de Châteaubriant castle at 7 km offers you a deep insight into the Renaissance era and is a must-visit. Cosy up next to the fireplace during winter evenings and relax in the furnished garden on summer mornings. Washing facilities are made provided and you can bring 1 pet to the property free of cost. Rennes Airport is 45 km away.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 80,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
