You will find 4 bedrooms for 8 people (the sleeping arrangement varies from villa to villa, it is possible that there is a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms), 1 bathroom with bath and/or shower, toilet, and a shower room with shower and toilet (on the second floor), a large living room with flat screen TV, sitting area with sofas, sitting area with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, toaster. Each villa is equipped with a washing machine.
Outside you can enjoy your own private garden, with a private pool (open from April 1 to September 30) and garden furniture. Pool heating is optional and costs 22€ per day from April 1 to 30/06 and from 27/08 to 30/09. During the period from 01/07 to 26/08, the pool heating option is included in the rental price. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
