In the heart of a 2-hectare wooded and enclosed park, the Résidence Odalys Valentin Plage*** is ideally located by the sea. Below the customs officers' path, you will have direct access to the long blond sand beach, where you will fully enjoy all the seaside pleasures. Your accommodation is also located at the gates of Croisic and the center of the resort and all its amenities.
The 62 apartments of the Valentin Plage residence, divided into 4 buildings for more privacy, are located in an old building erected at the end of the 19th century offering typically local architecture.
On site, you can relax in the private 2ha wooded park or enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool.
Nearby, you will have the opportunity to visit Le Croisic and its fishing port, the bay of La Baule, Guérande and enjoy several water activities (windsurfing, sailing).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
